Student Voice

The Voice of Our Students

Representing Every Student at Pinnacle

The Student Representative Council at Pinnacle College works collaboratively and cooperatively to represent students' interests and needs in various ways. The students take action to bring about positive changes and implement programs that will benefit students, teachers and the whole school community.

Over the course of their leadership role in our school, students will gain and develop several valuable skills including public speaking, event planning, confidence, responsibility and creativity.

Our student leadership team represents the student body in school decision-making and organises ways for students to enjoy and excel in their school life. SRC members are selected from across year levels and are trusted to be genuine advocates for the students they represent.

Personal Development

Skills Gained Through SRC

SRC membership is one of the most meaningful leadership development opportunities available to Pinnacle students — building skills that last a lifetime.

🎤
Public Speaking
SRC members regularly present at assemblies, meetings and school events — building confidence, clarity and communication skills in front of audiences of all sizes.
📅
Event Planning
From fundraising days to school spirit events, SRC members learn how to plan, organise and run real events that bring the whole school community together.
💪
Confidence
Taking on a leadership role pushes students to step up, speak out and believe in themselves — building the self-assurance that carries through to life beyond school.
⚖️
Responsibility
SRC members are trusted to represent hundreds of students — learning to take that responsibility seriously and make decisions that genuinely benefit others.
💡
Creativity
Coming up with fresh ideas for events, campaigns and school improvements challenges students to think creatively and bring innovative solutions to real problems.
🤝
Collaboration
SRC requires working closely with peers, teachers and leadership — developing teamwork, negotiation and the ability to achieve goals together.
