WIFI
End-users will use the enrollment portal to activate devices.
STAFF/STUDENT
Please follow the steps:
1. Access the enrollment portal or connect to the Pinnacle SSID
2. Login to Microsoft online
3. Download the certificate and install it on your device.(Install RUCKUS Cloudpath by CommScope App on mobile device to avoid error screen.)
4. You will automatically connect to the PINNACLE SECURE SSID.
CERTIFICATE
To access the school Wi-Fi network, a security certificate must be installed on your device. This certificate ensures a secure and encrypted connection to the network.
Why is this required?
The certificate verifies that your device is authorized to connect to the school’s secure Wi-Fi system and helps protect your login credentials.
What you need to do:
1.Connect your device to the internet (using home Wi-Fi or mobile data)2.Download the school Wi-Fi certificate from the provided link or school portal.
3.Open the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions to install the certificate.
4.Once installed, connect to the school Wi-Fi network and log in using your school credentials.
Important:
You only need to install the certificate once per device.
If you change devices, you will need to repeat the installation.
