For secure network access, all staff and students are encouraged to install the school's protection software on their computers and connect using their Microsoft accounts.
Configure the VPN:
Open the GlobalProtect application on your device.
Enter the Portal Address: cportal.pinnacle.sa.edu.au Authenticate using your computer/microsoft credentials.
WIFI
End-users will use the enrollment portal to activate devices.
STAFF/STUDENT
Please follow the steps: 1. Access the enrollment portal or connect to the Pinnacle SSID, then enter 1.2.3.4 in your browser. 2. Login to Microsoft online 3. Download the certificate and install it on your device.(Install RUCKUS Cloudpath by CommScope App on mobile device to avoid error screen.) 4. You will automatically connect to the PINNACLE SECURE SSID.
Visitors will be required to provide a voucher via email.
Guest users will be moved onto the secure SSID. Please follow these steps : 1. Connect to the PINNACLE SSID. 2. Type 1.2.3.4 in the web browser and press enter. 3. Enter your email address. 4. Check your email for a voucher code. 5. Enter the voucher code. 6. You will be connected to the school network for an hour.
