Connect your personal device to Pinnacle College's secure Wi-Fi network. Follow the steps below to enrol your device and install the required certificate.
Wi-Fi Setup — Staff & Students
Connect in 4 Simple Steps
End-users will use the enrolment portal to activate their devices and connect to the Pinnacle secure Wi-Fi network. Follow each step carefully to ensure a successful connection.
Access the Enrolment Portal
Open the enrolment portal link below, or connect your device to the Pinnacle SSID and you will be redirected automatically.
Log in with Microsoft
Sign in using your Pinnacle Microsoft account credentials (staff or student). Use your school-issued email and password.
Download & Install the Certificate
Download the security certificate and install it on your device. On mobile devices, install the RUCKUS Cloudpath by CommScope app to avoid any error screens during installation.
Connect to PINNACLE SECURE
Once the certificate is installed, your device will automatically connect to the PINNACLE SECURE SSID. You're done!
Wi-Fi Enrolment Portal
Click below to access the Cloudpath enrolment portal and activate your device on the Pinnacle network.
Install the RUCKUS Cloudpath by CommScope app on your phone or tablet before completing the setup to avoid certificate error screens.
If you encounter any issues connecting, please log a support ticket via the Helpdesk or see your IT coordinator on campus.

Why Is a Certificate Required?
To access the school Wi-Fi network, a security certificate must be installed on your device. This certificate ensures a secure and encrypted connection to the network.
What Does the Certificate Do?
The certificate verifies that your device is authorised to connect to the school's secure Wi-Fi system and helps protect your login credentials from being intercepted.
Connect to Internet
Connect your device to the internet using home Wi-Fi or mobile data before starting.
Download the Certificate
Download the school Wi-Fi certificate from the link on the right or via the enrolment portal.
Install the Certificate
Open the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions to install it on your device.
Connect to School Wi-Fi
Once installed, connect to the PINNACLE SECURE network and log in with your school credentials.
You only need to install the certificate once per device. If you change devices or get a new phone, you will need to repeat the installation process.
