Log In & Link Your Account

Once installed, the app may prompt you to log in using your Pinnacle Google account (@pinnacle.sa.edu.au). This links your device to your PaperCut Hive account so your print jobs are securely tied to you.

Send a Document to Print

Open any document and press Ctrl+P (Windows) or โŒ˜+P (Mac). Select Follow-Me Cloud Printer from your list of printers and click Print. Your job is sent securely to the cloud and waits until you release it.

Jobs that aren't released within the set time limit will be deleted automatically.

Walk to Any Printer & Release Your Job

Go to any printer in the school. Choose one of the release methods (ID card, PIN, mobile app or QR code). Confirm your job, make any last-minute changes, then press print. Collect your document from the tray.

Tips & Reminders

๐Ÿ”’
Secure Printing
Jobs sit encrypted in the cloud until you physically release them. Documents never print automatically โ€” no uncollected pages left in trays.
โฑ๏ธ
Job Expiry
Unreleased jobs are automatically deleted after the configured time limit. If your job disappears, just print again from your device.
๐Ÿ–จ๏ธ
Any Printer
Send once, print anywhere. Use any PaperCut-connected printer across all campuses โ€” Gilles Plains, Elizabeth East or Golden Grove.
๐Ÿ”‘
Keep Invite Private
Your invitation email contains a unique link tied to your account. Never forward it or share the access code with anyone else.
โšซ
Save on Costs
Switch to black & white at the printer release screen to reduce costs. You can also select specific pages rather than printing a whole document.
